- 1. User Agreement -
1. Commissions are for personal use ONLY and may NOT be used for any profit.
2. The client can use the artwork as PFP/ banners
3. The client must crediting SofiLoveDonuts for any public use of the arts
4. Using SofiLoveDonuts's works for AI or NFT is prohibited
5. The request may be declined if artist feel that its very hard request or doesn't comply with the artist's policy
6. SofiLoveDonuts works from visual references ONLY. EXCLUSIVELY text description is not acceptable. Also undesirable references from the games like Pony Town, Roblox, Minecraft or any others creators where the character's details can not be seen clearly (you can additionally describe your character but not the fact that artist will be able to correctly understand your request)
- 2. Credits -
1. All rights to the works are own by SofiLoveDonuts.
2. SofiLoveDonuts can post commission works on her social media unless requested otherwise.
3. SofiLoveDonuts is allowed to include the commissions in her portfolio
- 3. Payment -
1. Payment is via Boosty or MIR cards ONLY
2. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. The final invoice will be issued after the order is discussed
3. Pre-payment 100% must be paid when SofiLoveDonuts notify the client that the order is ready for execution. Transaction must be confirmed as successful by SofiLoveDonuts before the drawing process will start.
4. If the order is already in progress, no refunds are possible
5. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission without giving a refund
6. If SofiLoveDonuts cannot complete the commission AND has not yet started working, a full refund is available *
7. If for reasons a client needs to cancel their commission SofiLoveDonuts will keep the 50% of the total payment *
8. The client is responsible for any currency conversion fees
*WARNING: Funds CANNOT be refunded if you are NOT living in Russia\Belarus. I will not be able to send them back even if I wanted to due to my internal restrictions! So if for reasons you need to cancel your commission or I cannot complete the commission in deadline keep in mind that I CANNOT give a refund but I'll try to propose you an alternative solution! Sorry :(
- 4. Process -
1. SofiLoveDonuts will send a client screenshots of the process throughout the art creation. Only after the stage is approved by a client SofiLoveDonuts will continue to work
2. Once art is finished, artist will send one final check for client's review. Three minor revisions may be requested. More than three will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before SofiLoveDonuts proceed to make adjustments
3. When the artwork is accepted, SofiLoveDonuts will send to client a Google Drive with full .png art and version without the background
4. Deadline of every artwork is 3 month. It may be extended or reduced depending on the complexity of the order or the artist's personal availability. Orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees
5. The client may request information about the status of their order if the artist does not throw the process for a while. (However, please be patient. Do not spam or overstep the boundaries. If the client starts speaking inappropriate or spam, artist is allowed to cancel their commission)
6. SofiLoveDonuts is not responsible for any delay and personal problems (natural disaster, computer failure, health issues, etc.).
In such cases, SofiLoveDonuts will inform the client as soon as possible and propose an alternative solution

6. SofiLoveDonuts работает ТОЛЬКО с визуальными референсами. Текстовое описание не принимается. Также нежелательны референсы из игр, таких как Pony Town, Roblox, Minecraft или из любых других креаторов, где детали персонажа не видны чётко (вы можете дополнительно описать своего персонажа, но не факт, что художник сможет правильно понять ваш запрос).
